Hi, my name is Meryl and I am a Fully Qualified Professional Reflexologist based near Pontypridd in South Wales, located in a central point between Cardiff, Bridgend and the Rhondda Valleys.
I offer personalised treatment sessions for individual clients – men and women, who come to me at all ages and with differing ailments. I take a huge amount of personal satisfaction and great pleasure from seeing their health improve after a treatment programme.
I qualified in 2007 having trained at the Inspira Premier Academy of Reflexology, who are highly regarded throughout the UK for being among the most strictly regulated of reflexology courses.

A Little More About Me and How I Help People
I have further enhanced my qualification in Reflexology with Fertility Reflexology, Maternity Reflexology, Advanced Reflexology, Tiny Toes Reflexology, Ear Reflexology and Metamorphic Technique – My Passion is Specialising in Fertility Reflexology.
So far I have treated 3 clients through to successful IVF treatment, another 3 clients became pregnant naturally during treatment and another client left the treatment course, but successfully became pregnant a few months later.
Healing from Reflexology sessions are accumulative and can sometimes continue long after the course of treatments, therefore I claim 100% success so far.

Second to that is my passion for using Reflexology for pain management and mobility.
I have found that on occasions, treatment is enhanced by the use of crystals. I am not qualified in crystal healing, but if requested by the client, I can utilise my knowledge of crystals which I have gained from the many crystal healing courses that I have attended. Crystal Reflexology is not magical, but it can be powerful, taking its foundation from Reflexology and Crystal Healing. It is therefore based on the ideas that the body and the workings of the body, emotions and spirit are reflected in the feet; and that all of the body, emotions and spirit vibrate so the natural vibrations of crystals can resonate within the body to aid healing.
My personal journey to look for complimentary healing techniques began in 1994 when my husband was diagnosed with a brain tumour. I looked to many different techniques as a way to support him through his illness and to help give myself a way of dealing with this tragic turn of events in my life. I therefore can offer a plethora of different healing techniques to support your experience. Along with Reflexology I am a Reiki practitioner and dowser.
I believe that because I can, if requested, use a combination of Reflexology, Crystals, massage and Reiki, my treatments have been so successful. Please read what some of my clients have said about their experiences.
